Luis Guerrero graduated first in his high school class in Pharr, Texas, earned a full scholarship to Texas A&M University while serving in the Corps of Cadets, then went on to St. Mary’s Law School. He chose personal injury law because he wanted to work directly with people at some of the most difficult moments of their lives—not manage files from a distance.
As the owner of The Warrior Law, Luis brings a down-to-earth approach to a process that can otherwise feel overwhelming. He sees client service as central to the job, not separate from it.

You’ll Always Know Where Things Stand
Legal questions don’t wait for business hours. That’s why our clients receive their attorney’s personal cell phone number, and we answer phones on weekends. Direct access means you can ask questions as they come up instead of waiting days for a callback and wondering what’s happening with your case.
We also walk through the legal process in plain English—or Spanish. Luis believes an attorney should be both reachable and understandable, especially when you’re dealing with insurance companies and trying to figure out your next move.
The Relationship Is Part Of The Work
Luis describes himself as “50% a customer service rep” because how clients are treated matters as much as what happens in their cases. That perspective shapes everything—from the first conversation to ongoing updates to making room for the questions that matter to you and your family. We break things down, keep you informed, and don’t leave you guessing.
We recovered more than $1 million in settlements and verdicts in our first year. Every one of those cases belonged to a person, not a number.
Ready To Talk When You Are
A personal injury claim can bring uncertainty, paperwork, and pressure from insurance companies. Luis and our team cut through that by staying responsive, speaking plainly, and making sure you understand what’s happening at every step.
